Rachael is a minister, facilitator, and holistic wellness practitioner with 17+ years of experience. Her work blends breathwork, somatic release, energy healing, ancestral clearing, and natural detoxification. She creates safe and supportive spaces—both remotely and (soon) in Columbia, SC—for transformation that honors the whole being.

As a mother and community builder, she lives her practice daily—honoring natural law, ceremony, and frequency as the foundations of healing.

After your 30-minute consultation ($44 prerequisite), I weave together a custom sound meditation using intuitive tones, breath, and vocal sound healing. You’ll receive a downloadable audio file to return to again and again—for morning practice, journaling, or anytime you need to recenter.

Rachael—known in her community as Ra or Mara—is a minister, facilitator, and holistic wellness practitioner with over 17 years of experience guiding others through profound healing journeys.

Her path of service began in 2007, when she committed her life to walking in alignment with spirit and natural law. Since then, she has supported hundreds of individuals in overcoming physical, emotional, and spiritual challenges. Her background is rich and multidimensional, with foundations in:

  • Massage and bodywork
  • Craniosacral therapy (Upledger Institute certified)
  • Rebirthing breathwork (apprenticeship with Elvi Orr)
  • Energy medicine (apprenticeship with Cyndi Dale)
  • Advanced detoxification and purification protocols (including mentorship in the Peruvian jungle with Bright Earth Superfoods)
  • Plant-based healing and frequency medicine
  • Nonviolent Communication and conflict resolution

Rachael’s approach is rooted in her gift for deep listening. She attunes not only to her clients’ words, but to the subtle layers beneath them—supporting the nervous system, subconscious patterns, and energetic field simultaneously. She creates a container where clients feel safe to release trauma, reclaim lost parts of themselves, and remember their wholeness.

Her work draws on ceremony, prayer, and sound as universal languages of healing. Whether through breathwork, ancestral clearing, or personalized sound meditations, she serves as a bridge—helping clients access their own innate wisdom and connection to the divine.

Beyond her professional practice, Rachael is a devoted mother of two daughters who were home birthed and raised on energy medicine. Her family life reflects the same values she brings to her work: honoring cycles of nature, living intentionally, and tending to the frequency of unconditional love.

Her presence is both grounding and expansive—described by clients as “a calm knowing” and “a divine, intuitive guide.” For Rachael, this work is not just a profession, but a way of life: a devotion to helping others embody their truth, activate their healing codes, and align with their highest path.

Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to me. If you are not completely satisfied with your session, please contact me within 48 hours of the session to discuss your concerns. Refunds or rescheduling options may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please note that all requests must be made within this 48-hour window.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable.
