You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged.  Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. Please email us at thecrystallume@gmail.com to start your return. 

Yes. Complimentary resizing and minor repairs are available within 90 days of purchase. After that,

we are happy to provide repairs for a reasonable fee.

Custom designs are available in our physical store only. At this time, custom orders cannot be placed online.

Yes they are! Sourcing ethically is extremely important to us. We strive to find conflict free crystals and minerals. We try to work directly mines and small businesses that way we have a better understanding of how the crystals are mined and the process afterwards. We love hand picking crystals and going to trade shows to find the best quality for our customers.  We have our favorite businesses we work along side and feel very confident in our work. 

Wearing jewelry in water, especially in pools, the ocean, or while showering, can cause damage over time.  Water exposure can tarnish metals, weaken gemstones, and reduce the lifespan of your jewelry piece. A few tips would be to keep it dry, store in a soft pouch or jewelry box, clean gently with a soft towel and avoid any harsh chemicals. 

Stainless steel and Sterling Silver jewelry does not rust or change your skin any color.  It can be polished up using a silver polishing cloth, our favorite brand is Sunshine Cloth.  

With proper care, your jewelry will stay beautiful and last much longer!

Yes! Every Crystal Lume package is beautifully and uniquely wrapped. If your purchase is a gift, you can make a special request by calling or emailing us after checkout—we’ll be happy to include a personal note for your recipient.

Absolutely. Gift cards are available in-store, or you can call us directly (224 -202 -7888) to arrange one. We can mail your gift card to you (or your recipient), or you’re welcome to pick it up at the shop.
