Are your crystals ethically sourced?
Yes most of them are! Ethical Sourcing is extremely important to us. We are committed to offering conflict-free crystals and minerals whenever possible. We work directly with miners, mine owners, and small businesses that consciously harvest their crystals with care and respect for both the land and the communities involved.
By building direct relationships with our suppliers, we’re able to have greater transparency about where our crystals come from and how they are mined. These connections allow us to better understand the full journey of each piece — from the earth to your hands — and to make thoughtful, informed choices about what we offer. We are continually learning about mining practices and the processes that take place after extraction so we can grow in our knowledge and make responsible decisions.
We love hand-selecting our crystals in person and attending trade shows to carefully choose the highest quality pieces for our customers. It’s difficult to buy blindly online without knowing the true source, which is why we do the legwork for you. We’ve built strong relationships with trusted wholesale crystal partners and feel confident in the integrity of the pieces we carry.
Transparency is very important to us. We will always disclose if a crystal is man-made, heat-treated, enhanced, or altered in any way. And if we ever discover that we were incorrect about certain information, we will openly acknowledge it. We are always learning and evolving, and we believe honesty is part of conscious sourcing.

How do I care for my jewelry and crystals?
Wearing jewelry in water, especially in pools, the ocean, or while showering, can cause damage over time. Water exposure can tarnish metals, weaken gemstones, and reduce the lifespan of your jewelry piece. A few tips would be to keep it dry, store in a soft pouch or jewelry box, clean gently with a soft towel and avoid any harsh chemicals.
Stainless steel and Sterling Silver jewelry does not rust or change your skin any color. It can be polished up using a silver polishing cloth, our favorite brand is Sunshine Cloth.
With proper care, your jewelry will stay beautiful and last much longer!

Can I purchase gift cards?
Absolutely. Gift cards are available in-store, or you can call us directly (224 -202 -7888) to arrange one.
We can mail your gift card to you (or your recipient), or you’re welcome to pick it up at the shop.
Do you have healing practitioners onsite?
Yes & No. We sometimes host speical events with healers and other local businesses. We do have a community board with lots of local events and healers info. We have a binder full of healers, massages therapist, reiki practitioners, and many other talented humans and their speical offerings. We work alongside many beautifuyl souls, so YES, LOTS of ways to connect with practitioners and people to assist you on your journey. 100% recommend INNERHAVEN in Grayslake. They literally have WEEKLY events!!
